or so many of us relationships seem to be at the heart of our troubles. In the beginning, love is fresh, new, and exciting. We idle in the Garden of Eden, relishing every moment often setting aside other friendships to bask in the warmth of our newfound love. Somewhere along the line, often difficult to pinpoint the exact time, disagreements and squabbles ensue. Moreover, we tend to revisit the same issues repeatedly sometimes for years, until we are ready to throw in the towel. Don’t do that just yet.

Although relationships are challenging, they also afford us the opportunity to know ourselves fully, which is the greatest gift we receive in life. Many of us do not even realize we are no longer in touch with our very essence, until we wake from the dream and ask the age-old question, “What happened?”

Whatever your situation, change is at hand by simply looking at what we have previously refused to see. Look to the relationship and your partner with a fresh perspective and ask, “What can I learn about MYSELF through this relationship.” Every person in our life is a mirror that reflects back to us who we are in relation to how we have processed the events in our life. Be courageous and take a hard look at what you see in others and how their actions are affecting you. If something bothers you then ask yourself, "Why?" Chances are, what is actually bothering you has roots somewhere in the past.

Further, to create great relationships, we must take responsibility for our own RE-actions in order to detach and see the reality of the situations. These practices enrich any relationship whether, spouse, partner, child, co-worker, friend, or relative. Everyone has the same capacity to teach us who we really are. We just need to look at these relationships with new eyes. In fact the key to life is knowing who we are and what we truly want.

Sometimes it might take an objective set of eyes to help you see the patterns of your relationships and offer new options. I offer proven tools and techniques to assist you in digging deep within to know who you are so that you may finally experience loving and fulfilling relationships.
