am going to share with you the amazing possibilities of living free from fear and having peace in each and every moment of your life.

I have found the greatest challenge to growth is fear. Fear of the unknown can be paralyzing and keep us from reaching our greatest potential. I have personally found that the key to dealing successfully with fear is to take a step back mentally and emotionally in order to assess the situation from a more objective point of view. In doing so, I have come to realize that my fears were actually imagined, merely a sequence of thought patterns and learned responses. The outcome that then resulted from confronting the feared situation was never what I had imagined. In actuality, quite the opposite happened. Not only did the negative repercussions I dreaded never materialize, but I also felt lighter and filled with energy.

In my experience, we attract what we put our energy into. Fear, even a small amount, puts out a great deal of energy while draining your energy reserves. Now, would you rather attract the “worst-case scenarios” that you fear or would you like to attract love, peace, prosperity and fulfilling relationships?

Please join me in this journey away from fear and towards love. You will be amazed at the positive changes this trip will bring about!

Exercise to Alleviate Fear

When achieving our greatest aspirations, taking small steps rather than looking at the outcome is one sure-fire way to move past paralyzing fear. Look at your ultimate goal, and break it down into manageable steps. First, ask yourself, "What is one thing I can do at this moment to make progress towards my goal?" Even if the only step you feel brave enough to take is making an action list, then do it. It is one-step closer to the prize. Then simply take action on one item each day. This exercise creates forward momentum and positive energy. You will soon find doors opening that you never expected.

Meditation

Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for fifteen minutes or more. Sit in a comfortable position or lie down. (This meditation works best if you don’t fall asleep!) Close your eyes and breathe. Imagine your breath going in through your right nostril and out through the left, and then back in through the left nostril and out through the right. I find this exercise to be particularly effective for relaxing the body and quieting the mind.

Now deepen the relaxation of your body. Begin by focusing your awareness on your forehead for [period of time] and then work your way down in the same manner to the eyes, jaw, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, torso, legs and feet. Once you feel totally relaxed, bring the fear-causing situation to mind. Now imagine the ideal outcome you would like to see happen. Don’t worry about dreaming too big. What’s important is to imagine the best possible outcome as far removed from your fear as possible. That’s it!

For this meditation to be truly effective, it is now essential to remain in this place where you feel all is well for as long as possible. Then the next time you have a moment of doubt, immediately counteract the negative thought with a positive one so as to not negate the positive energy you are putting out.
